| Luxim.com Plasma Purchase Talk Definitely excited to talk to everyone about purchases of the Luxim Corporation: Solid-state, energy-efficient light sources Plasma light source. Obviously the pricing on the light engines has been on everyone's mind lately. We have been talking to Luxim and we need to get names of people that are interested in the pricing that we are offering on our site. Everyone has seen previous pricing on sites, we need to see what kind of numbers we are looking at to produce to Luxim about how many of these we can purchase at a time and of course keep the best pricing we have listed. Please copy and paste the below format into a new post...we honestly need SERIOUS numbers here to produce so that we can show the interest as a DIY whole to show to Luxim on a purchase and time frame. I have received everyone's emails about how and when can I buy...this is pretty much going to answer all of your questions after we take your information. Obviously on the numbers below, the more we can get the better we can reach our pricing and realize which model will be first to be purchased. The 40 series is looking to be introduced at a trade show in May in NY. Thank you everyone very much for your participation. | Name: BigDarkSpot Model Interested: Either Time frame Looking to purchase: As soon as possible Been wanting to get my hands on one of these for some experiments for quite a while. Besides the DIY projector, I also do stage and effect lighting, and am looking at retrofitting some of my older lights using these. Been looking for a way to make my old HES Emulators () more cost effective to run (current lamp costs $500, is no longer in production, and only lasts about 500 hours). Getting in on your group buy would be a godsend. If the first one works in an Emulator, you can expect me to buy at least 4 more. |
